Too often we only hear of the bad things that happen in the taxi industry. The Taxi Driver of the Year awards celebrate and recognise the best taxi drivers in the industry as nominated by their passengers. The awards recognise good deeds, as well as encourage and reward excellent service above and beyond the call of duty.

From nominated drivers, a pool of finalists is formed, from which the Taxi Driver of the Year is selected. Special category awards include Safety Driver, Tourism Driver and Access Driver of the Year awards.

We appreciate hearing the good stories and encourage you to nominate a taxi driver who has provided you with excellent service exceeding your expectations.
